  4. Measure over time: Test again later in the day. If results change, your limitation is likely availability or congestion rather than a one-time setup mistake.

If streaming works with the VPN, it means the VPN path and your service’s current behavior are compatible for that time and device. If streaming fails, it doesn’t necessarily mean the VPN is “broken”; it can indicate service-side restrictions, performance constraints, or routing gaps.
